our mission

With the mission of developing the potential of young Hispanics in the US and Latin America, in order to increase their welfare and social progress creates three programs.

what we do

Channeling of Scholarships

C.A.L.A. Program

INSTITUTIONAL EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

CENTRO ACADÉMICO DEL LIDERAZGO EN ACCIÓN

We provide scholarships to young people through Social Development Organizations.

We promote emotional leadership and entrepreneurship in young people.

We cooperate with organizations promoting their social and economic sustainability.

2017 and 2018 Achievements:

IN 13 COUNTRIES

THROUGH 22 ORGANIZATIONS FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

6224 beneficiaries

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Latin America presents 3 significant indicators that reflect a worrisome reality among teenagers:

…AND IN 2020

  • 4 out of 10 students do not finish high school.

  • Negative Leaders have become role models of “success”.

  • A high percentage of students stop attending classes due to either lack of interest or fear of being assaulted in school physically or verbally.

We will continue growing the Programa Cala (Cala Program) and the Academic Center for Leadership in Action, through which we will form 1,000 positive leaders.

FOR THE FIRST TIME in Florida, 500 teenagers from two organizations located in Miami-Dade, will be benefited; and 500 more in Central America.

Forming facilitators and low-income students on skills such as emotional intelligence, full awareness, leadership, and social entrepreneurship.

These realities show us that we must contribute in some way to break this perverse cycle, which increases vulnerability and poverty in our adolescents.

Let’s change this reality!
